Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager Padel Facility Operations to support overall operations of four padel courts. The role involves assisting the Facility Manager in daily operations, monitoring bookings, supervising staff shifts, ensuring service quality, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in daily facility operations and ensure smooth court scheduling and bookings.
· Supervise front desk staff, attendants, and housekeeping teams during assigned shifts.
· Monitor court readiness, cleanliness, lighting, and equipment availability.
· Support monthly reporting, utilization tracking, and operational documentation.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service coordination.
· Ensure SOP compliance, safety standards, and operational discipline.
· Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and upkeep.
· Assist in events, coaching programs, and promotional activities.
· Maintain operational records and assist in administrative reporting.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Graduate (Business Administration, Sports Management or related field preferred).
· 3 years relevant experience in sports facility, club operations, hospitality, or recreation management.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
· Strong interpersonal, coordination, and supervisory skills.
· Willingness to work in shift-based operations.
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to sports facility operations or booking management systems.
· Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
