About the role

The Assistant Manager - Partnerships & Growth plays a key role in identifying, developing, and scaling partnership-led digital products and business categories that support Telenor Pakistan's growth strategy. The role contributes to revenue growth, High-Value Customer (HVC) acquisition, and faster time-to-market by working across external partners and internal stakeholders including Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Taxation, Banks, Fintech partners, and Customer Experience teams.


This position requires strong execution capability, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies while ensuring governance, reporting accuracy, and commercial viability.


Your Impactful Goals will include

  • Launch and scale new digital products and partner solutions, including fintech-led offerings, aligned with business and customer needs
  • Develop and pilot new business categories, scaling successful initiatives across relevant channels
  • Drive effective deployment and expansion of digital and fintech solutions to maximize adoption and revenue
  • Contribute to measurable growth in High-Value Customer (HVC) acquisition and retention
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and performance management across partnership initiatives
  • Enable faster execution through effective stakeholder coordination and issue resolution

Your Typical Day will look like:

  • Collaborate with partners to identify market opportunities and support ideation of new digital and fintech products
  • Coordinate across product development, testing, and launch phases with internal teams and external partners
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and commercial briefs for Product, IT, and Technology teams
  • Support business case development, commercial modeling, and value proposition design
  • Coordinate deployment of digital and fintech solutions across sales, distribution, and customer touchpoints
  • Act as a central coordination point across Product, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Taxation, Banks, Supply Chain, BI, and CX
  • Support execution of partnership-led HVC acquisition initiatives and track performance metrics
  • Develop, maintain, and own reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and prepare business reviews and management presentations
  • Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and support governance and compliance activities

What we're looking for?

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant specialization is a plus

Work experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, fintech, digital products, growth, business development, or strategy
  • Hands-on experience in reporting, data analysis, and dashboarding is REQUIRED
  • Experience in Fintech, Segments, Product Development, and Partnerships will be considered a strong advantage
  • Experience working with banks, wallets, payment platforms, or financial service providers is preferred
  • Telecom, technology, or consumer business exposure is an advantage

Certifications (if any): Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking certifications preferred but not mandatory
