About the Role

As the Assistant Manager - People Analytics, you will drive data-informed decision-making across the HR function by delivering meaningful reports and insights aligned with strategic business goals. You ll collaborate closely with HR leaders to identify key metrics, enhance reporting tools, and provide analysis that supports workforce planning, performance, and engagement initiatives. You will continue to ideate on simplification and automation projects for HR team, collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement automation solutions. You will wear the hat of Project Manager and execute projects in DMAIC methodology. You will explore the digitization options for HR processes and execute.
