We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing to support our performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and broader digital team to execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition. You will assist in the implementation, analysis, and optimization of multi-channel media strategies to enhance the brand’s visibility and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of the digital marketing and performance media roadmap.
- Support the implementation of acquisition strategies across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Assist in budget tracking and campaign reporting under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Contribute to A/B testing efforts and optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance and reduce drop-offs.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to align campaign assets with performance goals.
- Generate routine performance reports and insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Help maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, and budget allocations.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Requirements
- 4 – 6 years of experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or digital agencies.
- Foundational knowledge of key digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate marketing platforms.
- Experience working with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
