Key Responsibilities:
Merchandise Inventory Planning
- Develop and execute merchandise plans, sales forecasts, and inventory strategies for EBO stores.
- Analyze historical sales trends, market demand, and store-specific performance to optimize stock allocation.
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure the right product mix, stock levels, and replenishment strategies.
Sales Performance Analysis
- Monitor sell-through rates, stock turnover, and gross margin to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.
- Analyze category and SKU-level performance to enhance assortment planning.
Store Supply Chain Coordination
- Partner with store teams to understand customer preferences and regional sales trends.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution.
- Minimize stockouts and excess inventory by optimizing store-level replenishment.
Pricing Promotions Management
- Assist in markdown planning and promotional strategies to drive sales without compromising profitability.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align inventory with campaign planning.
Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and retail planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
