Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise Inventory Planning

  • Develop and execute merchandise plans, sales forecasts, and inventory strategies for EBO stores.
  • Analyze historical sales trends, market demand, and store-specific performance to optimize stock allocation.
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure the right product mix, stock levels, and replenishment strategies.

Sales Performance Analysis

  • Monitor sell-through rates, stock turnover, and gross margin to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.
  • Analyze category and SKU-level performance to enhance assortment planning.

Store Supply Chain Coordination

  • Partner with store teams to understand customer preferences and regional sales trends.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution.
  • Minimize stockouts and excess inventory by optimizing store-level replenishment.

Pricing Promotions Management

  • Assist in markdown planning and promotional strategies to drive sales without compromising profitability.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align inventory with campaign planning.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and retail planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
