Job Description
Assistant Manager – POS
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for Data extraction and support team in Data Analysis.
Ø Responsible for various daily activities like sending SMS, Emails, WhatsApp to Policyholders and tracking.
Ø Responsible for handling field queries related to payouts.
Ø SOP’s updation.
Ø Company Initiated Payout - POS request processing
Ø Coordination with business partner and ensure cases closed timely with accuracy
Ø Daily WIP management to ensure TAT is adhered
Ø Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations
Ø Closure of HO actionable cases within the TAT
Ø NPS Detractors analysis and take corrective action plan to improve the process.
Ø Analyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement along with implementation.
Ø Open audit points to be closed within timeline and ensure timely submission of self-identified issues
Measure of Success:
Ø Processing – 95% in 0 Cal days.
Ø Reduction in Penal interest
Ø NPS Target - >75%
Ø Timely reporting of Dashboard/MIS
Ø Maintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations.
Ø Keep update on Audit Points and Timelines.
Ø Timely SOP updation and maintenance
Desired qualifications and experience:
Ø Should be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background & Professional qualification.
Ø Good Knowledge of Ingenium Application.
Ø Must have a minimum of 6-8 years in Insurance and handling the team.

Ø Good communication skills
Ø Strong adaptability and Problem-solving skills
