Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing managers and hub administrators in executing procurement strategies.
  • Lead cost reduction, design-to-cost, and working capital optimization initiatives. Manage vendor audits, develop new suppliers, and ensure SEDEX/global compliance.
  • Handle tenders, supplier qualification, contract negotiations, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee procurement of raw and packaging materials with efficient planning and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QC, Marketing, HR, etc.) to align procurement needs.
  • Manage end-to-end artwork and packaging material processes.
  • Execute RFx/eAuctions, train suppliers, and support e-procurement initiatives.
  • Prepare MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and track savings progress.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to procurement policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P processes, vendor management, and supplier compliance.
  • Proficiency in e-sourcing tools, RFx/eAuctions, and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with high integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.
