Support sourcing managers and hub administrators in executing procurement strategies.
Lead cost reduction, design-to-cost, and working capital optimization initiatives. Manage vendor audits, develop new suppliers, and ensure SEDEX/global compliance.
Handle tenders, supplier qualification, contract negotiations, and risk assessments.
Oversee procurement of raw and packaging materials with efficient planning and budgeting.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QC, Marketing, HR, etc.) to align procurement needs.
Manage end-to-end artwork and packaging material processes.
Execute RFx/eAuctions, train suppliers, and support e-procurement initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and track savings progress.
Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of P2P processes, vendor management, and supplier compliance.
Proficiency in e-sourcing tools, RFx/eAuctions, and ERP/SAP systems.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with high integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.
