Key Responsibilities:
Procurement for the Interior fit out works, multiple city exposure.
Strategic Procurement
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives
Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment, across multiple projects
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings
Resolve procurement-related issues and conflicts as they arise
Stakeholder management:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets agreed-upon standards
Process and Risk Management and compliance:
Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Implement and maintain procurement best practices, including risk management and cost-saving initiatives
Required to conduct procurement on e-procurement tool.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ,Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within a project management environment
Proven track record of successful procurement oversight and process improvement
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and relevant regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
