Specialist - Procurement

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Specialist - Procurement. This key position will involve managing the procurement activities across various exciting projects as part of our mission to establish Qiddiya as a global entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.

The Specialist - Procurement will ensure that all procurement processes adhere to best practices and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. Your expertise will help secure high-quality goods and services that meet our organizational needs while also ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with project requirements and corporate goals.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
• Draft and manage RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders according to procurement policies.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee supplier performance, and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide performance insights through regular reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs effectively.
• Promote best practices in procurement and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to support procurement decision-making.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract management, and vendor assessment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a strong ability to foster collaboration.
  • Proficient in procurement software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
