Position : AM/DM Procurement Contracts

Location: Mumbai

Package: 10 to 15 LPA

Qualification : BE /B Tech.

The Assistant Manager of Procurement Contracts will be responsible for assisting in the management of procurement contracts. This role involves supporting the procurement team in various tasks related to contract negotiation, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Support the procurement team in vendor selection, evaluation, and management.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor performance, and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
