Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager Procurement Systems and Analytics is responsible for the efficient administration and analysis of the Coupa source-topay procurement system within GMG. This role ensures that the Coupa S2P system operates smoothly, supports procurement activities, and provides insights through data analysis. The position demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication to facilitate seamless procurement operations and enhance overall procurement performance. Additionally, this role involves building reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for the sourcing and procurement team.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Coupa S2P system, ensuring system integrity, user groups, content groups and support troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain Coupa process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Monitor and analyse procurement data within Coupa to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimise Coupa S2P processes and workflows.
  • Support the implementation of Coupa system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Coupa/Power BI to provide actionable insights for the sourcing and procurement team.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on procurement metrics, compliance, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
  • Proven experience in administering and optimising S2P systems.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within a procurement context. Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Proficiency in Coupa S2P system and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualise procurement data. In-depth understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Technical proficiency in report generation and data analysis tools within Coupa/PowerBI.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Coupa modules.
