About the Role:
We are a fast-growing startup building a modern SaaS-based recruitment product. We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by engaging enterprise customers in the US market. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, and a startup mindset—someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to take initiatives beyond defined boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete sales lifecycle for US enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closure.

Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities in the US market.

Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and propose product-led solutions.

Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and sales presentations aligned with customer needs.

Handle objections, negotiations, and commercial discussions confidently.

Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets.

Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers across time zones.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.

Take ownership of outcomes and proactively contribute to improving sales playbooks, processes, and market strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in SaaS / Product / Software Sales, preferably selling to international clients.

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.

Experience working in US shift / night shift environments.

Startup mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and move fast in ambiguous situations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US customers.

Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
