Assistant Manager – Production (Cabinetry)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced production professional with strong cabinetry manufacturing exposure to supervise day-to-day shop floor operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cabinetry production operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

• Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Monitor manpower allocation and improve shop floor productivity.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reduce wastage.

• B. Tech mandatory with Furniture experience in a reputed brand

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in cabinetry or wood manufacturing production.

• Strong knowledge of cabinetry production processes and machinery.

• Experience managing shop floor teams.

• Willingness to work in different shifts.
