Assistant Manager Project

1. Provide technical assistance for tendering new project.

2. Able to read and interpret AUTO CAD drawing, taking measurement and prepare accurate material quantities and cost estimates.

3. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and senior management.

4. Prepare a schedule for requirements of the material and equipment at sites.

5. Coordinate with production and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

6. Execute works as per drawings and if any amendments as required must discuss with Architect or the Senior Authority.

7. Attend meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.

8. Develop and implement plans to minimize work delays and disruptions.

9. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

10. Manage and improve sites works efficiency, by controlling the wastage to the industry standards and limits.

11. Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess the progress and quality of work on all sites.

12. Plan and coordinate the fixing/ finishing activities on sites.

13. Supervise and monitor the performance of company’s site supervisor/site labors.

14. Ensure that the quality of work is up to the standards specified in the project plans and specifications.

15. Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess the progress and quality of work on all sites.

16. Manage and maintain records of project progress, such as material deliveries, work done, and work schedules.

17. Ensure that the project is progressing on schedule and within budget.

18. Resolve disputes and conflicts that may arise on the construction site.

19. Should have produced material quality inspection report at site.

20. Plan and schedule the fixing activities along with contractor/ architect.

Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor's in project management, civil engineering or architecture
