Assistant Manager Project - CIvil

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction/project management.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to approved designs and specifications.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority approvals and regulations.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Handle client communication and stakeholder coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
