Job Description

• Verification/Creation of project plans and ensuring changes are completed successfully as per the agreed project plan.
• Managing day to day communication across all stakeholders Client, vendors, solution, and engineering teams
• Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members to meet project goals
• Assist delivery team in day-to-day operations related to Spanish (read / write / understanding)
• Conduct Spanish workshop for delivery team with clear content
• Responsible for document translation & content creation.
• Act as interface between customer, Sales/Solution Team, Vendors, delivery operations & Engineering Teams.
• The role may lead a small team.
  
  

Desired Skill Sets

• Must have strong experience in Spanish language translation, customer communication. Experience in Project management skills, Stakeholder management skills managing resources & vendors.
• Must have C1 advance level certification in Spanish Language
• Basic Telecom knowledge would be added advantage.
