Assistant Manager Project Sales -(PHR/1010/1)

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Project Sales to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within industrial sectors, PSDP projects, and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and intelligence to identify potential opportunities in industrial, PSDP, and commercial sectors.
  • Generate and manage sales leads, prepare competitive quotations, and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Participate in negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including procurement and technical teams, through regular engagement and visits.
  • Prepare quarterly sales forecasts (customer-wise) and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure smooth order execution, inspections, and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor credit limits, follow up on payments, and maintain financial discipline with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of offers, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing along with B.E. (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (preferably in project/industrial sales).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
