Assistant Manager, Production Planning & Control (PPC)

We are specifically seeking candidates with a background in the FMCG industry. Preferred experience includes bakery, dairy, confectionery, or bottled/bulk water manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient production planning strategies to meet sales forecasts and market demand.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Optimize production schedules to minimize changeovers, reduce downtime, and ensure maximum utilization of resources.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials..
• Analyze daily production data and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements in production planning.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in PPC within FMCG (preferably bakery, dairy, confectionery).
• Strong knowledge of production planning tools, Microsoft Excel and ERP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
