Assistant Manager - Purchase

  • Responsible for managing inventory, procurement of goods and services, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock records (GRN, issue slips, stock registers).
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • oordinate with Accounts for billing, payments, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (hospitality industry preferred)
