AVP - Procurement - Recruitment Category Management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled AVP - Procurement - Recruitment Category Management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and sourcing, category management, and vendor & partner management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance
• Manage and maintain category management plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings
• Develop and manage procurement contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

• 16-20 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, category management, and vendor & partner management
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, supply chain management, or engineering
