Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and job boards.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
· Conduct initial technical assessments to match candidates with job requirements.
Client Collaboration:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.
· Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Candidate Engagement:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
· Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Market Research:
· Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technical job market dynamics.
· Identify and implement strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Administrative Support:
· Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
· Generate recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
