Assistant Manager - Purchase

Assistant Purchase Manager – Real Estate / Construction

Job Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Qualification: Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities
  • Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, Interior materials, fittings, and services
  • Generate purchase requisitions, RFQs, and POs
  • Follow up with vendors for material delivery and documentation
  • Coordinate with site teams for material requirements
  • Maintain purchase records, stock movement & reports
  • Support vendor negotiations and cost comparison analysis
  • Ensure compliance with timelines and budgets

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of construction material procurement
  • Vendor coordination & follow-ups
  • MS Excel & basic ERP knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in real estate or construction procurement
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
