Assistant Manager Purchase

INDIGO is looking for a highly professional and experienced Assistant Manager Purchase to join our team in Lahore. We are seeking a candidate with strong market knowledge, vendor management expertise, and the ability to handle the complete purchasing cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete procurement and purchasing operations
  • Purchase materials immediately upon receiving departmental orders
  • Ensure timely completion of orders as per requirements
  • Manage the complete process from order receiving to final dispatch
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers in Lahore market
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors for competitive pricing and timely delivery
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with concerned departments
  • Ensure quality, cost control, and timely procurement of materials
  • Prepare purchase reports, quotations, and comparative statements

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Lahore
  • Strong purchasing and procurement experience from Lahore market is mandatory
  • Excellent vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Professional attitude with good market understanding
  • Experience in hotel, construction, or corporate procurement will be preferred

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
