INDIGO is looking for a highly professional and experienced Assistant Manager Purchase to join our team in Lahore. We are seeking a candidate with strong market knowledge, vendor management expertise, and the ability to handle the complete purchasing cycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete procurement and purchasing operations
- Purchase materials immediately upon receiving departmental orders
- Ensure timely completion of orders as per requirements
- Manage the complete process from order receiving to final dispatch
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers in Lahore market
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors for competitive pricing and timely delivery
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with concerned departments
- Ensure quality, cost control, and timely procurement of materials
- Prepare purchase reports, quotations, and comparative statements
Requirements:
- Must be based in Lahore
- Strong purchasing and procurement experience from Lahore market is mandatory
- Excellent vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Professional attitude with good market understanding
- Experience in hotel, construction, or corporate procurement will be preferred
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
