Assistant Manager, Quality Control

· Ensure implementation of quality control procedures across all production stages.

· Supervise QC staff in cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing areas.

· Conduct quality inspections according to company standards.

· Maintain accurate records of inline, end-line, and final inspections.

· Coordinate with production, merchandising, and R&D for resolving quality concerns.

· Monitor and control rework and rejection percentages, ensuring targets are met.

· Conduct internal trainings for QC staff on customer standards and quality metrics.

· Assist during buyer and third-party audits with required documentation and records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
