Assistant Manager - Quality Enhancement

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC):

  • Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation (SOPs, checklists, reports).
  • Train production staff on quality best practices and standards.

Process & Product Development:

  • Assist in developing new manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Work closely with the R&D and production teams to improve existing product designs.
  • Analyze material properties, coatings, and durability factors for continuous improvement.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies for waste reduction.

Compliance & Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with customers for quality feedback and resolve customer complaints.
  • Work on supplier quality assurance (SQA) to ensure raw material standards.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 4-7 years of experience in quality control, process improvement, or product development in a manufacturing industry (preferably metal packaging, FMCG, or industrial products).
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and Six Sigma methodologies.
✔ Hands-on experience in quality inspection tools, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management software.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
