Pakistan Packages is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assistant Manager to lead its Quality Control & Assurance operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both offset printing and corrugation packaging, with the ability to ensure quality standards, manage QC staff, and maintain compliance with customer specifications and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire Quality Control & Quality Assurance department.
  • Monitor production quality for offset printing, corrugated boxes, die cutting, pasting, and finishing operations.
  • Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, and inspection criteria.
  • Conduct in-process inspections, final checks, and ensure approval of shipments.
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and sales teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure ISO / QA documentation is properly maintained.
  • Train QC staff and promote continuous improvement.
  • Conduct client audit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in concerned domain)
  • 5–10 years of experience in Quality Management in Offset & Corrugated Packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of printing standards, board/gsm/bursting/crushing tests, color matching, and packaging quality systems.
  • Candidate must have certification i:e IRCA or others, relevant to this job.
