Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:


  • Conduct timely testing and analysis of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to meet data integrity requirements.
  • Support the development, review, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as per schedules.
  • Collaborate with teams to address deviations, implement corrective actions, and improve processes.
  • Perform validation activities for raw materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:


  • Experience with validation processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems for inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment qualification and cleaning validation.
  • Knowledge of computerized systems validation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
