The Role:

  • Preparation of regulatory application/dossier for seeking approval in the centre and states, and make effective follow-up with regulatory agencies
  • Maintain state-specific regulatory documents, including licenses and approvals, regulatory files & applications.
  • Effective data management abilities to extract monthly stock reports of all our FC locations and submit to respective state governments on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate with the category, field sales team to collate relevant information and ensure timely submission of documents and deficiencies of our applications.
  • Visit government offices/ regulatory bodies and state labs for necessary submissions and follow-up of our applications.
  • Assist the regulatory and compliance team in preparing legal responses for the notices and other queries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidate should preferably be postgraduate in Agriculture with a background of Agronomy, Horticulture, Pathology, Entomology, Seed Technology, and Plant breeding.
  • He / She should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs with special focus on seed regulations.
  • Willing to learn various acts (Seed Act, Pesticide Act, and Fertilizer Control Order) with techno-commercial skills and understanding of our portfolio (seed, pesticides, and fertilizers) along with competitive products.
  • A team player with demonstrated skills in multitasking and working in a team environment, and a result-oriented attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective networking and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess solid analytical, problem-solving capability, and decision-making skills, and greater adaptability in a new environment.
  • Result-oriented and move fast attitude to deliver results in defined timelines and open to travel in various states.
