Job Purpose

The Real Estate Assistant Manager – Sales is responsible for supporting and driving real estate sales through client calling, lead management, CRM handling, and coordination with the sales team to achieve sales targets. This role is strictly sales-focused with no involvement in operational or facility management activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Calling

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential clients, investors, and members.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, site visit requests, and bookings.
• Present real estate products, pricing, payment plans, and promotions to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion ratios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Handle client objections professionally and support deal closures.
• Ensure a smooth sales experience from first contact to booking confirmation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (projects, plots, villas, apartments, or resort properties).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
