The Assistant Manager of Regulatory Compliance will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. The Assistant Manager will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and mitigate potential risks.

Job responsibilities:

Advisory Support:

Provide legal support on contractual risks, regulatory issues and probable litigation, suggest way forward

Standardization of contracts

Develop, review and implement standardization templates for PPA, EPC, O&M, BOS, BOP, NDA,BGs,ELs, support project star and other prospective transactions

Litigation management

Manage ongoing litigations, prepare research notes, support strategy finalization,explore settlements,engage right counsel effectively

Cost and risk mitigation

Reduce the cost of litigations, ensure commercial settlements where feasible and minimize contractual risk.
