Assistant Manager - Reliability

Overview

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Assistant Manager - Reliability plays a crucial role in supporting the department leader by handling a wide range of tasks and projects. This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and adherence to standards across all maintenance activities, contributing directly to the reliability, efficiency and safety of our assets. The Assistant Manager - Reliability will develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures, conduct inspections, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement within the maintenance function.

Job-Specific Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance tools, equipment, and work in progress and upon completion to verify compliance with established procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics related to maintenance, such as rework rates, failure analysis and compliance with work order procedures.
  • Document nonconformances, deviations, and quality issues.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for quality-related failures.
  • Participate in developing training programs and deliver trainings on quality control procedures and standards for maintenance personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams, HSE teams and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of quality requirements.
  • Inspect and verify the quality and conformity of received spare parts, materials, and tools against purchase orders, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards in all maintenance planning activities.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement department to resolve issues related to deliveries or discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance quality performance.
  • Follow up on incident reports related to assets within the CMMS.
Qualifications
  • BSc/BA in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil engineering or a related technical field.
  • 0-3+ years of experience in a similar role in technical or maintenance projects.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Professional certifications in Quality Management.
  • Experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001 and ISO 55001.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology and operational processes.
