We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
• Train, develop, and supervise staff members to enhance their skills in customer service, food handling, and operational procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels to minimize waste.
• Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that meets our dining standards.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and high morale among staff members.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager
• Strong background in food service management with knowledge of full service operations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
