Bilingual HR Administrator - Temporary Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to join our Human Resources team in a temporary 8-week role (with potential for extension). This in-office position, based out of our Fredericksburg, PA headquarters, will support day-to-day operations such as file management and Leave of Absence/FMLA administration, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance of team member electronic files including verification and correction of new hire documents
  • Administration of Leave of Absence, FMLA, and ADA including team member education, paperwork, and approval process
  • Maintain HR surveys and data collection from same
  • Assist Recruiting team in onboarding activities including HPE’s, data entry and orientation
  • Assist Training and Development with training materials
  • Back-up SME regarding Benefits (long-term goal)


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least one year in an hourly HR role and/or a degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
