Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Florenza is hiring an Assistant Manager with a primary focus on front of house leadership, guest experience, service standards, and team accountability, with some additional back of house operational involvement.

This role will also be involved in catering coordination, Toast marketing efforts, and social media coordination with our contracted marketing team. We are looking for someone organized, professional, hands-on, and excited to help us grow.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading FOH operations and supporting service
• Managing staff accountability, side work, and shift flow
• Assisting with opening and closing
• Supporting hiring, training, and scheduling
• Maintaining cleanliness and service standards
• Communicating with BOH to keep operations running smoothly
• Assisting with catering coordination and execution
• Helping manage Toast marketing campaigns and guest outreach
• Coordinating with our contracted social media/marketing team to help execute content and promotions

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong hospitality and communication skills
• Able to lead a team and stay composed under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable balancing service, operations, and administrative follow-through
• FOH strength required; some BOH awareness preferred
