First Class Concessions – Santa Barbara Airport We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager operations who also has experience in administrative functions for our Santa Barbara Airport restaurant. Position Type Full-time Compensation & Benefits ∙$28–$30 per hour (DOE) ∙Free airport employee parking ∙Health and PTO Benefits after probationary period Key Responsibilities ∙Supervising and assisting with the dining room operations. Oversee the coffee shop on the General Managers days off ∙Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality ∙Manage scheduling, preparing payroll, and administrative tasks ∙Assist in ordering and accepting deliveries. ∙Assist in end of month inventory ∙Will need to serve-safe certified within 30 days ∙Can foster and train our front-of-house team members Qualifications ∙Food and beverage experience required ∙Multi-unit hospitality experience preferred (not required) ∙A 10-year background check is required for airport clearance ∙Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ∙Professional, reliable, and guest-service oriented About First Class Concessions, Inc.
