Job Requirements
- Customer service attitude
- Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, POS system
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Communication and team management abilities
- Good math and reporting skills (MS Office is mandatory)
- Graduation or 5 years experience, additional certification in hospitality is a plus
Job Description
- Monitor compliance with Basic safety, Food Safety and hygiene regulations
- Ensure standard recipes, procedures, and product standards are maintained in accordance with SOPs and Brand Standards.
- Gather guest's feedback and ensure the satisfaction of complete customer experience
- Coordinate communication between Restaurant Manager & all staff.
- Prepare shift schedules.
- Supervise Production and Service staff and provide assistance & trainings, as needed.
- Inventory Management (Ordering & Variances).
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly cash reconsilations & reportings.
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
- Contribute in profitability of restaurant.
- Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and communicate, as needed
