Assistant Manager Retail / Head Cashier / Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Retail Store Manager in day to day operations and in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.

Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).

Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.

Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.

Monitor and maintain store inventory.

Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.

Coach and support new and existing Salesman.

Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses.

Help manager and assist rest of the employees in closing of shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
