- Train and enforce health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with company requirements.

Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across sites / operations.

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective & preventive actions.

Organize and lead safety training sessions and workshops.
-
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.

Collaborate with management to improve safety protocols and emergency preparedness.
-
Support operations in complying to OSH requirements.
-
Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and accessible.

Stay updated on new safety standards, legislation and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma, in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
-
8 to 10 years of experience in elevator or construction industry
-
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred.
-
Strong knowledge of OHS standards, legislation and procedures.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
