Role Summary:
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to support business growth, manage client portfolios, and assist in driving revenue within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of business development strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions regarding property offerings.
- Oversee negotiations and assist in closing property transactions.
- Monitor team performance and support achievement of assigned targets.
- Prepare sales performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior real estate experience is mandatory, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum); MBA or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
