Milano Flooring is a fast-growing company offering premium laminate flooring solutions. We generate high-quality leads through digital marketing and are seeking motivated professionals to convert these leads into successful sales.

Role Overview

The Sales & Lead Conversion Executive will manage incoming leads, engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and close sales while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on incoming leads from online campaigns
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales progress
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide lead quality feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or lead conversion
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in interior or construction-related industries is an advantage
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional
