About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, people-first Assistant Manager – Sales who knows how to turn conversations into conversions and goals into results.

If you’re someone who loves hitting targets, motivating a team, and making things happen (without waiting to be told), this one’s for you.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to lead the team, boost revenue, and make sure our customers have an experience worth talking about.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
• Help lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit (and exceed) targets
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and share actionable insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Step in to resolve customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Keep the team energy high and the momentum going

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in sales (team lead experience is a big plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A natural motivator who knows how to bring out the best in people
• Data-driven mindset — you like numbers and know how to use them
• Organized, proactive, and solution-focused
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
