Assistant Manager Sales

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team and monitor their performance and expenses.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, market updates, and performance analysis for management.
  • Support the field team with planning, client coverage, and sales execution.

Authorities:

  • Authority to coordinate with field sales team and guide junior sales staff.
  • Authority to approve routine sales-related expenses within assigned limits.
  • Authority to enforce company sales policies and ensure compliance.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant sales certification will be an advantage.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a field sales team is preferred.

Relevant Skills Required:

  • Sales planning, client acquisition, and business development.
  • Field team coordination and performance tracking.
  • Customer relationship management and reporting.

Additional Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team support abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

This is a permanent, full-time position at Caraway Pharma Head Office.
