Onsite – I-9/3, Islamabad
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

We’re expanding our US Telecom Campaigns and hiring confident communicators for leading projects like Spectrum, Xfinity, AT&T, Cox & Verizon Fios, etc.

If you have strong English speaking skills and want to grow in the international call center industry, this is your chance.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers
• Assist with Internet & Cable activations
• Explain packages, pricing & promotions
• Resolve billing/service queries
• Upsell & upgrade plans
• Achieve performance targets

Who Can Apply?

• Excellent English communication (Mandatory)
• Night shift availability
• Target-driven mindset
• 6 months – 2 years telecom / call center (Inbound) experience preferred
