Location: Islamabad

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 + Attractive Commission

• Handle inbound calls and process customer orders accurately
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Deliver a personalized customer experience
• Meet service quality and performance targets

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
• Strong multitasking & time management abilities
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS/CRM systems
• Accuracy in order-taking & attention to detail
• Complaint handling & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays
• Team-oriented with adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Upselling and cross-selling skills
• Professional attitude and resilience under pressure

Preferred:

• Prior call center or food service experience
• Knowledge of hygiene & food safety practices
• Commitment to KPIs and service standards

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
