About the Role:
The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing (Domestic Region) plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the pharmaceutical sector. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and strategic market insight to thrive in a competitive and fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth:
- Drive sales and revenue generation across the domestic pharmaceutical sector.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
- Implement strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical expertise to clients through product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Recommend customized cleanroom and HVAC solutions based on client needs.
- Business Development:
- Initiate partnerships, collaborations, and projects that contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to strengthen brand reputation.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Track key metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Revenue Collection:
- Coordinate with project and finance teams to ensure timely revenue collection and account closure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
