Assistant Manager Sales – Bakery

Key Responsibilities
Strong understanding of bakery products, pricing, and market positioning
Conduct weekly competitor & market analysis within the assigned zone
Achieve sales targets through effective team coordination and leadership
Ensure daily cash audits, expense control, and shrinkage management
Analyze sales data, plan promotions, and conduct quality audits
Develop weekly activity plans and ensure optimal resource utilization
Perform regular branch visits, coordinate audits, and resolve operational issues Share reports, insights, findings, and recommendations with management

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
