We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Assistant Manager Sales – Commercial Air Conditioning
(VRF, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs)
to lead sales development in the South Punjab region, based in Multan. The role will focus on VRF systems, chillers, and applied HVAC solutions, developing relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients while driving project sales and market expansion.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC project sales, tendering, and solution-based selling within the commercial and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets for VRF systems, chillers, and applied HVAC products in the South Punjab region.

Identify and develop new project opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients to generate inquiries and specifications.

Track project pipelines and engage consultants early to secure product approvals and specifications.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals and participate in tendering, negotiations, and deal closures.

Coordinate with design, application, and project teams for equipment selection, submittals, and project execution.

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the region.

Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.

Ensure effective coordination with internal teams and supply chain for timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

3–5 years of sales experience in commercial air conditioning (VRF, chillers, AHU, FCU).

Strong understanding of HVAC project sales cycle, consultants, and contractor networks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets in a competitive market.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
-
Willingness to travel within South Punjab region.
