S. A. Hamid & Co. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and technically competent Assistant Manager Sales to join our Electrical & Automation Projects Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales, project business development, and technical solution selling, with the ability to develop strong customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical, automation, and industrial projects.
- Promote and sell automation solutions, electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and engineering services to industrial customers.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and project opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial sales, automation sales, electrical project sales, or solution selling.
- Ability to independently manage key accounts and project opportunities.
