Assistant Manager Sales – Engineering sector

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager Sales to support our sales operations and drive business growth in the Industrial Air Compressor sector. The ideal candidate will assist in developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing technical quotations, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in Industrial Equipment, Air Compressors, Pneumatic Systems, HVAC, Pumps, Generators, or Engineering Products are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air compressor solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up with customers until order closure.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales or business development.
• Experience in Air Compressors, Industrial Machinery, Pneumatic Systems, Pumps, HVAC, Generators, or Engineering Equipment will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of industrial products and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Job-type: Full time
Salary Range: 50,000-70,000

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
