Business Development Manager – Construction Chemical

Position Details

• Location: Islamabad-based | Field operations across KPK
• Industry: Construction Chemicals & B2B Construction Material Sales
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: PKR 200,000 – 250,000 per month

Key Requirements

• Fluent Chinese speaker (mandatory)
• Proven track record in Construction Chemicals and B2B Construction Material Sales
• Must be based in Islamabad; field coverage will include KPK territory
• Strong existing network with contractors, developers, and project managers
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B Construction Material Sales across KPK
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships within the Construction Chemicals sector
• Liaise directly with Chinese-speaking suppliers and technical teams
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
